Threaded caps and plugs

The plastic threaded protection caps and plugs are specifically designed to provide protection for internal and external threads on pipes, fittings and industrial components. Whether for applications in plumbing, industry or any other area requiring enhanced safety, these plugs offer a simple, effective and durable solution.

Easy colour-coding allows quick identification on site, reducing the risk of error during installation, inspection or maintenance.

Our threaded plugs come in two versions, depending on the nature of the thread to be protected:

Male plugs: designed to be screwed into internal threads, they protect internal threads against dirt, moisture and impact.

Female plugs: fit onto an external thread, providing complete coverage against external damage.

Some models are also equipped with an integrated seal, making the plug even more effective.

To guarantee optimum compatibility and enhanced safety, our threaded plastic plugs comply with the DIN259 / ISO228 gas standard, ensuring their use in installations subject to strict regulatory requirements.

Our threaded plugs are manufactured from two types of polyethylene selected according to the constraints of use:
LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene)
-Flexible, easy to handle,
-Impact and moisture resistant,
-Ideal for temporary use, storage or transport,
-Also used in reusable packaging.

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
-Rigid and unbreakable,
-Excellent chemical resistance (to acids, oils, solvents, etc.),
-Withstands wide variations in temperature,
-Commonly used in the construction, food and household products industries.

This choice of materials allows you to adapt the cap to your specific storage, production or display conditions.
