Tapered internal and external caps

For your machining, manufacturing or maintenance work, our tapered internal and external caps and plugs are a simple, effective and adaptable protection solution. Designed to cover, seal or protect different types of orifices, these plugs are used in a multitude of industrial contexts thanks to their conical shape, which allows them to adapt to several diameters.

Our plastic tapered plugs are suitable for:
-seal internal bores and threads,
-protect threads (e.g. screw threads),
-cover smooth ends or close tube ends,
-prevent the ingress of particles, moisture or dust into sensitive parts.

Their conical shape provides excellent hold in a variety of diameters, making them extremely practical for temporary masking or permanent protection, depending on your needs.

Intelligent plugs for demanding environments: some models in our range have a wider or narrower collar to protect peripheral surfaces too. This feature is particularly useful in areas such as industry, where visible surfaces must remain intact.
Made from polyethylene, our tapered plugs combine flexibility, lightness and strength, enabling them to withstand the mechanical, chemical and moderate temperature stresses encountered in many industrial processes.

Available in bright colours (notably yellow and red), they are easily identifiable by operators, making them easy to spot in a production or assembly environment.

We offer tapered plugs in lengths ranging from a few millimetres to over 200 mm, to cover a maximum number of configurations and dimensions. Thanks to their dimensional versatility, they are the perfect complement to internal and external protection plugs for complete coverage of your parts.
