WARRANTY
All claims must include details on the use of the article, the date of purchase and the place where the faulty component. We reserve the right to either replace that section, or to establish a credit value of the invoice price.
Liability is limited only to goods supplied by PLASTEM LLC and does not apply to damage, injury or loss of income resulting from a defective component.
The use of the goods supplied by PLASTEM LLC must comply with the technical recommendations of the manufacturer. All our products are only traceable source of supply. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that this condition is sufficient for the requirements of the final destination of the goods purchased.
