GENERAL PROVISIONS

AWARD OF EXPERTISE
All disputes arising out of sale transactions subject to these terms and conditions are the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Lille.

ORDERS AND PRICES
Orders can be placed exclusively by us on Internet site www.bouchon-plastique.com. The current prices are those listed on our site www.bouchon-plastique.com. They are denominated in Euros without VAT and excluding processing fees and delivery. PLASTEM SARL reserves the right to modify at any time but is committed to applying current prices which were displayed on the site at the time of checkout.
Processing fees are as follows:
• 10 € for a lower order 40 € HT,
• 0 € for greater than or equal to 40 € HT control.
Shipping
All orders are subject to availability potentially available the next day. The shipping package can only be done by mainland France.
